FULL SERVICE MANAGEMENT- Fee equal to ½ month’s rent (Minimum $795 ) + monthly fee
Management Fees;
Single Family homes, Condo, Halfplexes: Monthly management fee 7% (Minimum $85 )
Multi Unit Complexes:
Duplex = $90/mo each unit

Commercial properties, Strip centers, retail, office: Monthly management fee 6-8% of gross scheduled monthly rents with no monthly minimum
*Management Fees vary depending upon the size, location, and services requested by investor, but generally fall into this range. Investors with multiple properties may qualify for discounts.
- We disburse owner’s fund between the 10th and the 15th of every month.
- Monthly statements, invoices and receipts will be delivered between the 15th and 20th of every month
- We will provide year-end tax reporting statements.
